Obtaining goods and services for the Oct. 17 debate Washington University in St. Louis is pleased to welcome you to our campus. It is our goal to provide you with an efficient, effective process by which you can obtain the goods and services you will require as relates to your involvement in the Oct. 17 presidential debate. Please review this document carefully as it contains the information you will need to order, pay for and receive goods and services. We ask that you share this important information with others who may need to be informed within you organization. HOW TO ORDER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES The university has secured special pricing from preferred and contract suppliers for an array of products that you are likely to require. That product listing is contained in the Products and Services Order Form. To request any items on the list, or even items not listed, simply complete the form indicating quantities desired and required delivery dates. Completed and signed order forms are to be sent to T.J. Shelton: Campus Box 1067, #1 Brookings Drive, St. Louis Missouri, 63130. Orders should include payment which can be made by check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Cash payments will not be accepted. The university will in turn order the requested items and will pay the suppliers directly. RECEIVING OF GOODS The university will provide a receiving dock and personnel to accept deliveries of goods ordered through the process defined herein. While orders placed by the university on your behalf will be well-marked and easily identified, other shipments initiated directly with third party suppliers may not be. It is imperative if you intend to have any other deliveries made to the location that you ensure the shipping documents clearly identify the intended recipient. Upon receipt of your ordered goods, the university will either deliver them to you, or make you aware of their availability for pick-up. You will be asked to sign a receipt indicating that you indeed received the goods. The receiving service will begin operation on Oct. 9 and will operate daily from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Hours of operation may be expanded as the day of the debate approaches, depending upon demand. Shipments will be received at: SHIPPING AFTER THE EVENT The university will continue to provide dock personnel on Oct. 18 for any outbound shipments. All shipping arrangements and payments will be the responsibility of the shipper, not the university. Should you have any questions, please contact T.J.
